• Commercial use: Artwork can be used for streaming and digital content.• Special commercial use: Clients have all of the Commercial use rights for the artwork and can use said artwork for merchandise, ads, and prints.• Privacy fee: Artwork will not be published on my social media nor portfolio.• Rush fee: Clients can decide a hard deadline (must be 1 week+) and ask for updates whenever they want.• If you already paid for Commercial use or a Commercial use fee was already applied to your commission's pricing, and you want Special commercial use rights for your commission, you only have to pay 100% more of the commission's total price.

2. Payment
Payment method: PayPal, CashAppCurrency: USDPayment plans:• Full amount upfront• 50-50 (50% upfront and 50% after color sketch)I will send a PayPal invoice after accepting your commission request. A detailed breakdown of the commission's pricing (.PDF) will be attached to said invoice.• Please finish your payment within 3 days after the invoice is sent.• I will only refund 100% of the commission's total before I start working on it.• No refund once I started working.• No refund on completed commissions.
3. General
Be as clear and detailed as possible in your commission request form. It will save me a lot of time in finishing the commission.Visual references are required. It would be wonderful if you could provide both visual references and descriptions.Please put all your visual references in a link (Google Drive, Toyhouse, Dropbox, etc.). Ensure the link is accessible before sending and the files' are appropriately labeled.Clients can only change references before I start working. There will be a surcharge of $20 for changing references mid-way.If you want to commission multiple artworks simultaneously, please submit different commission requests for each one.I have the right to turn down your commission requests.Please be polite and patient!
4. Intellectual Property Rights
I deserve full rights and ownership of all artwork.Please do not claim that you are the creator of my artwork.
Commissioners must always credit me as the artist using @chikenstipper or a link to my carrd.Do not redistribute, reproduce, edit, or remove the watermarks on my artwork if you don't have commercial rights.Using my artwork for any NFT-related purposes is prohibited under any circumstances.Using my artwork on AI is strictly prohibited.
5. Turnaround time and updates
3 weeks - 3 months, depending on the commission's workload.Clients can check in for the commission's progress and updates every few days, unless stated beforehand.
6. Revisions
Commissioners have 3 free revisions in each steps:1. Draft2. Color sketchFrom the fourth revision of each step, each revision is $10No changes can be made once your commission is finished, so please give me the most detailed feedback on the previous steps. If it is compulsory, there will be an additional charge of $50. This charge will be higher depending on your requirements.
